2006-11-27 [Tigers and Trees]: Most likely. She didn't like it because people weren't using it for school work. Like they ever do. Elftown's more productive than most other sites; I fought to bring it back, but she labelled it as "entertainment". I had used it for a couple papers of mine when I was a freshman, too.

Since Elf12 hadn't been banned, if you clicked on the central image and scrolled down to the bottom, it had a random link to related. Unfortunately this has since stopped doing it and am no longer able to do it :( I was wondering if that was any of your doing? (not specifically speaking to anyone)

It's of course another thing if there are people needing the computer for some school work at that moment. But blocking Elftown generally is as bad as banning books that are made up stories.

(Just a little in the foot, that should do it!) Voting equipment (firearms, war robots, cruising missiles and some nukes) will sent as soon as possible!

2007-02-27 [Hedda]: I were thinking of sending some letters to the local newspapers, but that was harder than I thought. First to find one of the best new-papers in the town and then to find somewhere to send a letter to the editor wasn't as easy as I thought. 

Has anyone else tried to send something to a newspaper?

2007-02-27 [Fearathress]: No not yet, but I could try. I now a few people here in El Paso that might help. For they have blocked ET for the same reason. 

2007-02-28 [Incite Rebellion]: I haven't tried the local, but I have tried the school paper which happens to be run by students....but the faculty screened out the info in ET.......I personally like the world leader bit though....methinks that would be a very interesting world to live in.....
